However, participation in chapter activities is not a requirement for international membership.*<\/p>\n<p>All students at Palomar College are welcome to our weekly meetings.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Phi Theta Kappa<\/strong> membership is based on academic achievement. The <strong>Alpha Omega Rho<\/strong> chapter extends an invitation to students who meet the eligibility requirements.
